Chef Omar Larson is a Dallas-based culinary leader with over a decade of experience in fine dining and upscale operations. Previously a Sous Chef at Kessaku and Monarch, he now oversees all kitchen operations at Luna Roja, including menu development, staff mentorship, and special event programming.
